For security purposes all orders (except for courses) require a valid ID that matches the credit/debit card paid with. Shipping and billing address must also be the same. Please email verification to info@avonleacamille.com within 24 hours of purchase.

 
There is a no refund policy for digital courses under any circumstance. By submitting your payment you, the customer, agree to these terms and conditions. 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time varies depending on the service selected. Processing time does not include the shipping period.

• QuickWigs (pre-order) - 14-21 Business Day Processing (weekends and holiday excluded) 
• Closures, Frontals and Bundles – 5 business days 

SHIPPING TIME

After the processing period is over all wigs are shipped using USPS. Shipping is 4 Business Days for US Residents and 6-10 Business Days for International Orders.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order you have within 24 hrs  of your original purchase date to notify us. After 24 hours there is a no-refund, no-exchange on all items/services purchases on our site

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a no return policy on all wigs, bundles and courses.

Exchanges are only accepted FOR BUNDLES within 4 days of receiving receiving them. Bundles must be unaltered and still in original packaging.

There is no return or exchange policy on wigs.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not accepted.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. Please check with shipping carrier for lost or late packages  

• All orders come with a Tracking Number
• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office. (You must contact USPS to do this)
